Economic Amendment

Resolved by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States (Two-thirds of both houses concurring therein) to have the following become an amendment to the Constitution when ratified by 3/4ths of the States. Section 1 In General — The time-to-time tax on the time period that Congress directs shall be on the net receipts of an entity within the United States times the arctangent, in radians, of the product of the natural logarithm of the net receipts, and three fiftieths, all of this then divided by the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Definition: net receipts, all value taken in by an entity (for mathematical purposes, this shall be according to the market value of the dollar) minus the value of all outlays of an entity in direct pursuit of profits except where the entity is a natural person performing human effort (i.e. labor is taxed exactly according to the wage).
